Terms and Conditions

By placing a reservation with 5 Adarna, guests agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies stated below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and to protect the property from improper use.


1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 Official Booking Channels
All reservations must be made exclusively through our official website: www.5adarna.com. Bookings made through any third-party platforms, unofficial agents, or personal arrangements will not be honored unless formally acknowledged by management.

1.2 Reservation Deposit
A reservation is not confirmed until the required 50% down payment has been successfully received and verified by management.

1.3 Proof of Payment
Guests must submit valid proof of payment through our official Instagram or Facebook page for proper documentation. Failure to submit proof may cause delays in confirmation.

1.4 Rate Variability
Room rates, packages, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Variations may occur due to seasonality, availability, peak dates, or special events. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation only.

1.5 Accuracy of Guest Information
Guests must provide accurate personal details when booking. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to booking cancellation without refund.


2. Payment Policy

2.1 Authorized Payment Accounts
All payments must be sent only to the official accounts registered under Edmund Go or Charito Go.
Payments made to any other individual or unauthorized account are invalid and will not be recognized.

2.2 Accepted Modes of Payment
Official payment channels include:

  • BDO
  • Metrobank
  • Chinabank
  • Gcash

All under the names Edmund Go or Charito Go.

2.3 Balance Settlement
The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled at least one (1) week before the check-in date. Delays in settling the remaining balance may be accommodated as long as the guest notifies management in advance and receives confirmation that the extension is approved. Failure to notify management or failure to settle within the agreed extended period may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

2.4 Non-transferability of Payments and Bookings
Payments made for a specific booking cannot be transferred to another guest, another booking date, or another reservation unless permitted by the management.

2.5 Fraud and Chargebacks
Any fraudulent payment activity or unauthorized chargeback shall result in automatic cancellation, and legal action may be taken to recover losses.


3. Check-in & Check-out

3.1 Standard Hours

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 NN
  • Late Check-in: 10:00 PM

3.2 Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance, are subject to room availability, and may incur additional fees.

3.3 Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in for verification purposes.

3.4 Maximum Occupancy
Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified during booking. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.


4. House Rules

4.1 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all occupants and nearby areas.

4.2 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered overnight guests may be charged or refused entry.

4.3 Prohibited Items & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Firearms, explosives, or fireworks
  • Smoking or vaping anywhere within the premises
  • Dangerous or hazardous materials
  • Activities that pose safety risks or disturb neighbors

4.4 Cleanliness Obligation
Guests must practice Clean as You Go (CLAYGO). All garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning caused by negligence may result in additional fees.

4.5 Child Policy

  • Children 0–7 years old stay free.
  • Children 8+ years old are counted as adults for booking purposes.

Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.


5. Use of Property

5.1 Permitted Use
5 Adarna is strictly for residential/vacation use. The property may not be used for commercial shoots, business functions, unauthorized parties, or other unapproved events.

5.2 Events & Gatherings
Loud gatherings, parties, or celebrations require prior written approval from management. Additional fees or security deposits may apply.

5.3 Proper Use of Amenities
Guests must use all equipment, appliances, toilets, showers, furniture, grills, and other amenities responsibly. Any misuse resulting in damage will be charged accordingly.

5.4 Damage to Property
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or excessive wear caused by:

  • Negligence
  • Misuse of property
  • Intentional acts
  • Failure to follow instructions or warnings

Repair costs, replacement fees, and service charges will be billed to the guest.


6. Liability & Safety

6.1 Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables. Management is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items.

6.2 Assumption of Risk
By staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety, especially when using:

  • Stairs and pathways
  • Kitchen equipment
  • Outdoor areas
  • BBQ/grilling equipment

6.3 Management Liability
Management shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or death resulting from negligence or misuse of facilities
  • Losses caused by weather, natural events, brownouts, or water interruption
  • Damages caused by guests’ failure to follow safety instructions

6.4 Guest Responsibility
Guests must ensure the safety and supervision of children, elderly guests, and individuals with special needs at all times while on the property.

Guests are also responsible for exercising proper caution when using the kitchen and cooking facilities, including the range, range hood, stove, griller, microwave, fans, burners, and any equipment that may pose a fire hazard. All such appliances must be turned off and properly secured after use or when leaving the property.

Failure to do so may result in damages, and guests will be held fully liable for any fire, property loss, or injury caused by negligence or improper use of kitchen equipment or related appliances.


7. Right to Refuse Service / Eviction

7.1 Non-compliance with Policies
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, cancel a reservation, or evict guests without refund if any of the following occur:

  • Violation of house rules
  • Vandalism or property damage
  • Theft or attempted theft
  • Illegal, disruptive, or dangerous activities
  • Physical or verbal abuse toward staff
  • Excessive noise or disturbance
  • False or misleading information during booking

7.2 Law Enforcement Involvement
Activities involving illegal substances, violence, or threats will be immediately reported to local authorities.


8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1 Right to Modify
5 Adarna reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Publication of Updates
Any changes will be posted on our official website, and such updates shall take effect immediately upon publication.


9. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.
